Fish chowder! I used haddock insted of cod and I think it came out much better. As you can see from the mark on the pan, I’ve already put back a few bowls

Looks delicious and as a Midwesterner I’d never know the difference between Cod and Haddock. It’s all Whitefish to me.

my wife had the need for stainless steel, I figured we couple splurge here and there since I was saving THOUSANDS by doing most of the work myself. I went all the way down to the studs. the only thing I didn;t do were the kitchen cabinet and counter tops.
