Last fall, I lost this needle nose pliers. Last week my wife found it in the yard. So on Thursday I started soaking it in white vinegar. Two days later, the rust is gone.

I cleaned it today and coated it with oil. Now it’s as good as new! This is the best trick ever for removing rust.

We found a pair of Craftsmen plyers sitting in the bay once, salt water of course. We took them home, sprayed them with WD40, and they still work fine.

Did that to all my RC car parts that rusted up from their swim in the Pacific Ocean.

Priceless! Get a swimming pool of vinegar and all you will have left is the paint and glass!

The vinegar will just dissolve a Lancia Beta.

I did this to the gas tank on the broke down motorcycle I bought. What do you do with the vinegar afterwards?
