Just want to put some drone video’s to music, edit dash cam and home security video. Wouldn’t mind coughing up some coin. Know adobe makes some editing software but couldn’t figure out what would be right for me. *windows 10* Wait just realized I have a working window 7 machine too forgot all about it. Going to download Shortcut and give that a try I think.

What am I missing? adobe premiere appears to be an app now costing $20 a month = $240 a year?!? just not worth that to me maybe 100-200 for a lifetime and be able to put it on a few pc’s but 20 a month forever kinda stinks.

Oh good lord, flashback to 1993 and 8th grade tech. ed. class where I managed to create a spliced-together commercial over a Looney Tunes clip with voiceover and titles, using two camcorders, one or two VCRs, a tape recorder, maybe? and a dedicated titles machine.
Nowadays I just use iMovie because no extra charge and fairly feature-ful. I know it doesn’t help you on Windows. It has lots of capabilities, but it’s a pain to learn and has infuriating limitations, like not being able to easily merge overlay videos. It’s mostly easy, but the parts that are hard to figure out are strangely hard.
