On the bright side, that will put most of us on here to sleep.
But then we will have nightmares full of the sound of creaking plastic.

I was looking at a 2009 Caliber SXT 5spd (bought a base model sonic instead, it was better of gas) last year when my old vibe came to its end. The Caliber was not terrible inside, it had soft touch on the surfaces that where touched most. It was far better then my Vibe. It is not like you caresse the interior every day.

I guess so. Have a Jeep Caliber for your effort.

Everybody’s got there list of things they really like and really dislike in a car. For me, it’s the feel of the interior. Call me spoiled, but I want the things I see and feel inside a car, and even the things I don’t, to be well made. Some plastic is fine.

I could careless how plasticly the interior is, the only time I feel it is when I cleaning it. My Sonic is all plastic apart from the seats, shift boot, shift nob, and carpets.

The only good thing about the Caliber is that it isn’t a PT Cruiser (but it is a PT Cruiser under the skin). Also, the little drink chiller compartment.

Sounds about right. That car is so loud inside because it’s almost all hard plastics inside. They all seem to rattle pretty bad, too, since those big pieces of plastic effectively amplify any little noise.

Can’t forget the “party” speaker. You need to crank up dem tunes with the cold drinks at beach in your cool Caliber.

Two things I did not know the caliber had.
