Two things confuse me about this.
First, Ferrari gets 70M extra for being what, the longest standing team in F1 an no one else gets anything? That seems like a Bernie-esque rule that was made simply to get them back on top to me but whatever.
And second, why is McLaren getting money for Constructor’s Championship Bonus? Is that like the booby prize for being so horrible last year? Or is F1 projecting they’ll finish 4th, ahead of Williams and Toro Rosso (and Haas).

Does Haas get no money?

They probably just can’t estimate their payment because they have nothing to base it on.

Not now, but soon. I’ll be damned if they get paid worse than Renault.

Question: I thought I remember hearing that the reason Manor had to go by Manor-Marussia last year was because in order to get money from the Marussia years, they had to keep that bit in the name. Since Renault dumped the Lotus name, will they still get Lotus money?

Renault gets legacy money and Lotus money as Lotus was Renault

But Lotus wasn’t Renault last year, not with Mercedes power...
