My local police department just sent this out, asking for help.
I see 6th gen Civic coupe. What do you see?

Officers responded to the 7000 block of Commerce Street on Wednesday, March 30, shortly after 6 a.m. for the report of a robbery. A 40-year-old woman was walking alone behind the shopping center when an unknown male grabbed her and pulled her into a storage container where he robbed and sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to get home and then call police.
This case was initially received as a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Further investigation revealed that a sexual assault had also occurred.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 9 inches tall and 140 to 160 pounds. The suspect left the scene in an older model red car with a distinctive white or gray patch/mark on the driver’s door.

Yeah, seems like an EG Civic to me. Everything seems to check out. And, as horrible as it sounds, given the description of the suspect, that car is quite popular with that culture.

Mid-90s Civic...which a giant issue on the driver side.
Actually, that discoloration is pretty common given the mid-90s Civics I see rolling around.

It’s not a Civic, as the only model that had passive restraints were Civics from 1987 - 1991, after that they had air-bags. The car in the pics doesn’t look like an ‘87-91 Civic, at all. Maybe a older Mitzubishi or Kia?

The earlier civics were a litle more boxy. I’m pretty sure it’s a 92-95 Civic, and that that isn’t a passive restraint seatbelt. Could be an always-latched seatbelt or something else entirely.

It is definitely an early 2000s civic, If you look at the shape of the taillights in the first pic its pretty clear.
