Just drove through that mess about an hour ago.

If there’s going to be a mandate saying that everyone’s licenses are no longer valid, forcing everyone to log 1000 hrs in HPDE and HPDC, I would be completely for it because of shit like this.

The majority of people out there just don’t deserve to drive.

I moved to Richmond after college (grew up just north of Fred) and I laugh anytime people down here bitch about traffic. I can get to any side of the City in, at most, 30 min at just about any time of day.

Most of my view of the east coast came from looking out the windshield of my race hauler. Most of it the length of 95. upper NJ/NY traffic sucks-but its only a 30-40 mile stretch. DC (upper Va/DC/Md) is way worse. its 120 miles of suck. I’ve come thru at 5 am + there was 6 lanes of traffic filling the hiway-and DC was an hour away!

I have a reverse commute so I-66 west bound in the morning is just open road but we are looking to go further west but not Front Royal.

I interviewed for a position in McLean two years ago, the commute home from the interview resulted in me thinking that even if they offer me this job it would need to be piles of money to deal with this traffic on a daily basis.
