I have been working on a group project on a scaled down energy management system for a serial hybrid electric vehicle(S-HEV) lately. Today we hit a bit of a snag since it did not seem to work on our test bench, while it did work in the simulation. I finally found what I’ve been doing wrong. I took the wrong input, which is possible since the professor of the course didn’t want to make it too easy for us and thus didn’t specify all inputs. So I’m kinda happy again, and hope the test will work tomorrow, since it has to go into a report due next week.
