It is indeed a Nissan SCargo! The owner has a bunch of funky Japanese and French cars. That one is a 3 speed auto. Definitely unusual!

Started in Newcastle and ended in Auburn Wa. Great roads! It was the local Citroen club spring cruise.

I love that Nissan made this, (and of course named it the “SCargo”), an excellent homage to the 2CV
