Cleaned my engine bay today. Products used were a 50/50 mix of industrial degreaser, a mop glove, and a pressure washer.
Aaand before
Also, bloody bumfuck I couldn’t fix my driver’s seat. Whatever fat bastard had this car actually BENT the metal that supports the seatback and gangsta-lean is its most upright position which is EXCRUCIATING on my bad back. To complicate the problem I have no money for a new seat, salvage or otherwise, and these cars are rare enough around here that even finding a salvage one is next to impossible. And being the Riviera, every piece of the interior of this car save for the HVAC controls and radio were custom-made by Lear for only this model, including having a unique seat mounting solution not shared by any other GM car. God damn it all. Bring on the painkillers.

Swap the passenger side bracket?

Seat adjustments. The tilt lever is on the right side and would be inaccessible with the seat installed.

Careful with a pressure washer around engines. You can ruin an Audi’s engine. Seen it done.
