It was 70+ degrees last week and 50s all weekend. I was sick of driving around on silly putty so the summers came back out. I fully expect it to snow this week.

It’s still ugly wheel season here. Though its been in the 50's and 60's during the day, the nights are still dipping into the 30's.
I am also expecting one more snow, especially if I switch wheels now.

We’re getting around that crossover point; we got freezing rain today and it’s around 0 degrees (Celsius). I’d have switched already but my Pirelli all-seasons are actually a bit scary to drive on when it’s cold and wet. If it does end up snowing even a little bit they’re really just awful to drive on. Hopefully I can wear them out this year and look to get something better - even the OEM Kumho Solus all-seasons that on my car were better than my P4s.
I was quite happy with the money I spent on Blizzaks this winter; it was a short one, but even with the few huge snowfalls we had I could still be incredibly confident in their performance.

Yeah, it was mid 30's this morning when I woke up. Frickin’ New England.
I just was around my family’s house where I store my wheels so had to take the chance. I fully expect a snowstorm at the end of the month just like every year that I can remember.

Yeah, I don’t think it was a good call making the swap now just based on history of late March/early April snowstorms but given the current conditions and my availability to swap them out, it made sense. This morning was like driving on hockey pucks as it was in the 30s so hovering around that 0 mark by your standards.
I have cheap winters cuz I didn’t have much to blow at the time but I love how even they perform. Got my money’s worth the previous two winters so that this mild one caught me off-guard.
