Looks like a Gwiz with a Fiat 500 front end.

It is quite common for these 45 kmh cars/scooter cars/vehicules sans permis to share lighting fixtures with production cars due to homolagtion costs of headlights, making it cheaper to buy them from other manifacturers. And to make the lights fit better they also copy a bit of the surrounding design.

Excellent information.

On a side note, I wish more manufacturers would share parts in this fashion. Maybe not so much headlamps as they’re pretty distinctive, but things like mirrors and door-handles are usually bespoke to a model. They’re so meaningless, manufacturers should share them and save a few bucks. Literally everyone wins.

I’ve seen people whinge about how GM used the same door-handle for 2 decades or something. This is not a problem.

The sharing of parts used to be way more common, google the usage of Citroen CX mirrors for example, they were everywhere.

Wow! That’s so great. When niche manufacturers like Aston, TVR and Lotus use this strategy to keep costs down so they can stay in business, all is right in the world.
