I can appreciate what those guys are trying to do, starting their own Kinja blogs, but it’s grating for a lot of the people on here, especially when posts are shared to Oppositelock to get traction. These almost always die down after a while (Remember Bullshift?). I’m honestly surprised CigarLounge is still getting new content regularly, even if it’s a bunch of woe-is-me-high-school-is-hard sad sacks posting for attention.

SE, to my understanding, was FP Ver 2.0. More relevant, and pure gearhead topics. Thing is, to consistently do this takes a lot of time and effort.

I like the FP stuff, only recently have I been upset with the posts. Namely the post about that guy who thought a bus looked like a Ferrari. They started the post with a pretty strong swear, which I'm not a fan of, and the post content was a few sentences long. I was hoping for an article, not a comment.

I thought Jdrentarol was ok until one day I made a post advertising my Instagram page to Special Enthusiasts. I wrote it to have a not-so-serious tone so that it’d let people know that they didn’t have to follow me if they didn’t want to, and because Oppo had already seen a lot of my social media posts. However, Jdrentarol decided to edit my post, making me sound super desperate, and then shared it to Oppo, which is exactly the opposite of what I wanted to happen. For that alone, I just can’t get behind any of his new blogs.
