I’m 6' at 260, and I was super comfortable. I don’t see why people complain about them. If you were morbidly obese, yeah I can see the problem, but a Fiesta probably isn’t a car they would drive.

I test drove an ST about 2 years or so ago, and I maintain to this day those damn recaros are the most comfortable seats I’ve ever stuffed my butt into.

Ehhh... I’m 5'10" and 175 lbs and I didn’t find them particularly comfortable when I last sat in a Fiesta ST. The headrest was the worst part for me. The rest wasn’t so bad.

Go sit in the Lexus RC seats. You will change your mind.

I won’t go that far, but they are super comfortable.

I sat in them and they were comfortable but a bit loose on me. But I am tiny at 5"9 145lbs...

I’m not morbidly obese, but I’m short and heavy. They are really tight

I guess it’s the fact that I have slight back problems, but the tighter the squeeze the better.

They fit many different bodies with no problem, but they are extremely polarizing - about a third hate them, a third love them, and the remainder don’t say anything about them.
I’m short and kind of fat; they are actually a little loose on me, but quite comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is that they lack alcantra or cloth, which I would prefer to keep from sliding around so much in them.

I’m 5'8" and 217lbs and a colleague has a 3 door Fiesta ST3. The lumber support squeezes my arse to the point it’s not comfortable for distances longer than a few miles.

well, given the stable at the time was an 85 FJ60 and an Sti with 1 piece buckets. MAYBE there was some skew.

They’d never let me in the showroom with the clothes I own.

agree - 6'2" 245 (on a good day..) and the seats were great. It was the ergo that was all for me - I had to have the seat way back to get pedal clearance for my legs and the seat tilted back a bit so I didn’t crack my head but then I was so far away from the steering wheel and dash it was wasn’t comfortable. There was plenty of room but it just wasn’t set up for taller folks very well, (kinda like the Rav4 or Corolla - plenty of room but clearly set up for shorter drivers...)

Luckily for me I’m just short enough for height to not be an issue.

Most comfortable seats I ever sat it were a Volvo XC 60's seats

6'3" and 230 lbs here. I did 4000 miles in 5 days in it. A wonderfully good road tripper. They break in and become even more comfortable

I hope to pick up one in May/June, so hopefully I’ll have a car that I can trust during a road trip.

I ordered mine in January and didn’t pick one \up until the last day of APril. Worth every penny and day.

I asked today and the dealer said 8-10 weeks. I may just try to find one similarly optioned, they said they could do that.

Okay, so I’m not the only one who thinks the ergonomics in the Corolla stink. My wife has a 2010, and aside from the crappy ergonomics, it’s really not a bad car. I just can’t get comfortable in any position driving that car though. Sadly my 2015 Civic isn't a whole lot better, which is disappointing because Hondas used to be so good at that.

yes - exactly - I absolutely loved the 92 Accord Coupe we had. Great ergo, fabulous seats then, but not anymore....
