Nicely cooked Prime Rib. I can’t stand to see a good cut of meat that’s been cooked to death.

I get pre-made angel hair nests. I just cook them pretty al dente in shallow water and drop them on a cookie sheet. I don’t do anything to make them not leak the sauce doesn’t go through. It looks like the ones pictured were made with normal spaghetti that was twisted into like a muffin tin or small spring form pan.

Nice! I don’t have any spare monitors anymore... just a 25" Dell I bought last year and a few years old 1080p Samsung TV that I use as a monitor.
