TL;DR version: Red Bull doesn’t actually “give you wings,” so some loveable jackasses decided to form a Class Action Lawsuit, and amazingly, they won! A court ruling last year Febuary decided that Red Bull owed its’ drinkers $13m in settlements. You could either receive $15 worth of product, or $10 cash, and mid-Febuary last year I signed up for the former.
Why am I telling you this today? Well one year after I applied for settlement, my $15 worth of Red Bull arrived! I was surprised and proceeded to laugh my ass of for a good five minutes before cracking open a can to remember I don’t like it.
Oh well.

Wish I got in on that too. Why let the Lawyers get all of the bennies?
Still love my Red Bull.

Shortly after buying my Fit we got 11 bucks and change from a class action suit against Sylvania for the defective low beams. The oem low beams do indeed suck.

When my roommate walked in from the mailbox carrying three tiny boxes I just started laughing.

I was wondering what the hell it could be, because I hadn’t ordered anything recently, and it was heavy for its size. But when I saw “energydrinksettlement.com” on the label I started connecting the dots.

I guess they included the shipping in the $15. That might cost you $12 at a convenience store.
But the attorneys who brought the class action got at least seven, and maybe eight figures.
