The manufacturers are SO WORRIED about image they pay dealers based on their survey scores. So to get a good score, the dealers pay their personnel based on the scores they get. Its a shit system, and it rarely works.

Did they provide free pastries? Yes? Extremely satisfied.
Hopefully they also remembered to put some oil back in the car after taking out the old.

Now that you mention it, they were out of pastries when I dropped my car off. Not looking good for them.
