Huh, that’s annoying. The last CarMax I went to (admittedly, a newer one near Portland, Ore.) had a single-serve pod system in the waiting area. Very easy.

After some serious bullshit (including a moment where a service technician told me “We don’t go looking for problems in people’s cars,” after I asked him if the shop had examined something because it’s under fucking recall) , the only good thing I can say about my dealership is that the waiting room is always well stocked. I get my fucking fill of popcorn, hot dogs, chocolate chip cookies, fountain sodas, and fresh coffee, because fuck them for that shit, man!
