At least from this quick glance at a stoplight I think it looks worse than before. Seems much more dull and outdated. Have to get a closer look on Saturday.

At first, I thought it was a Mirage.

For when you feel you REALLY need a BRAND NEW car.
Man. I couldn’t imagine paying 13k for one of those.

Holy shit it looks like an Aveo from the back.

Yes & no. It is called the Sonic in North America.

No, the car at the front of the pic is a Spark. The Sonic is an entirely different car.

The Spark is pretty fun to drive with a manual. It does weigh 2269lbs. Cheap shitty hatchbacks with a manual are very fun, even with 84hp.

It’s hard to believe that Spark is in the same class as the Fiesta.

I was referring the car in the back as the Sonic.

Wow, those hup caps are fucking heinous.

ME TOO!

I mean.... Look at it.

It’s not. The Sonic is

Oh, I did not realize that. I forget about the Cruze
![]() 02/04/2016 at 14:46 |

It’s much nicer on the inside.
It’s not the lap of luxury, but much better than those motorcycle gauges in a Tupperware container of the previous generation.

I meant the back of the car in front.

Looks like a Mirage.

The Sonic is about the same size as the Fiesta, but with a little extra room inside. The Cruze is about the same size as a Focus. Ford doesn’t make a Spark sized car.
Regardless, the Spark pictured is easily the lowest possible spec. The cheapest Fiesta isn’t a whole lot more appealing.

That was my main thought! It just seems sad on the outside

This car is too special for normal 5 spokes!

That’s a car i would never own. I’d so much rather get something lightly used. I mean we have a certified 2013 Volt with 40K miles right now for $15K. I sound like Tavarish but there are so many more solid choices

If it is anything else like an Aveo, it will be even sadder.

ABSOLUTELY.
My Milan that I bought for 11k with 45k miles on it now has over 100k and has been a great car and is light years better than that thing.
I feel like 40-50k miles is the sweet spot on used cars. Our Certified Jeep Commander was bought at 45k and is above 75k now (that was about 15-16k)

I like it. I think it’s an improvement.

I saw one in Taupe at the Miami Auto Show. It’s the definition of uninspirational. Look at it. It’s just so boring.

Oh god. I didn’t think it could get worse than grey. I was wrong
Also that’s a higher trim one! It’s got like 14" wheels!
