How about a 1967 Stout? Hell yes.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Or this high-miles 1998 SC400? I’ve already emailed the guy... hope I can look at this one.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
And look! A manual allroad! With the suspension already replaced thankfully.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
But most importantly, this 4WD Tercel wagon. He calls is immaculate, but really, not exactly $4,700 better than the one I had. Still a cool find, but optimistic pricing and condition.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
And though I love it, I believe this Trekker may be too far gone. I’ve seen this up for at least six months now, and the images are just painful. And so is the price for what it is. HE’S NOT GOING TO FIX IT, HE’S FULL OF SHIT.

What is the not on the not on the freeway ???
And why would you want an old Japanese Pickup made before they learned how to make a decent pickup ???
Seriously, parts are NA, drives like dodo, and rusts if left out in the rain ???
Yes I know someone who parted one out for the axle and trans and made good money, selling them to a fool who was restoring a truck that sucked???
A mid 1970s or later Toyauto Pickup would be cool, without losing your AAA road service card in just over a month.
Ed, for the old good times

The Stout. The want is so strong. I am not a truck guy at all, but old “light” utilitarian trucks are definitely on the list of awesomeness compared to all the modern way-too-expensive soccer mom trucks that almost nobody ever uses for their intended purpose...

My grandfather had a Stout to use on his farm. My mom taught me to drive stick on it. It was the first (and only) Japanese vehicle he ever owned (other than a Kubota tractor) but he admired its toughness.
