Subject stands back against a wall and a collar or some other restraint device is used to repeatedly slam subject back against the wall.

Either having a long conversation thread on your Facebook wall, or throwing someone into a wall repeatedly until they are willing to talk. I would assume that as this is discussing interrogation techniques they are not having these conversations on social media.

Truth is the first casualty in any war.

And no matter how cliche’d the term “War on Terror” may be, it is the term which most accurately describes the situation.

Frankly, I look at the Snowden situation and consider it perfectly justified.

Is it not where you put the subjects back against the wall while there legs are in a seating position in that there legs are at right angles to the ground. It puts a lot of strain on the legs and thigh area and over time cause quite a lot of pain.

For KSM, I probably would have started with 15-20 minutes of light cardio before moving to isometric calisthenics.

disclosure: I’m not a pro trainer, just a hobbyist.

Yes. It’s a good position to give your muscles a work out but for an hour+ at a time, the pain can be awful. Add a hood and verbal abuse you get a heady mixture of fear and pain.

Ye’, makes you wonder why they complain about being tortured when we’ve only got their best health in mind.
