they are cool, and I too jave considered the vaeious awd dsms as a fun car option, but like the hondas I love, finding an unmolested one or even one in ok condition is getting to be like hen’s teeth

It’s not bad. I’m currently working out a fuel cut out problem that’s either the throttle position sensor, the tps connector, the ECU, or something else.
I like the car a lot, but every once and while I wish I had an Eclipse or Talon. I have no real need for a sedan and I m not that into sleepers.

people who know what theyre worth. I had a friend in highschool who had one coz it looked cool, little did she know it was highly desired awd turbo.
she let it go as a trade :( probably scrap. I’m hoping some enthusiast got it.

we have worked on a RHD VR4 at the shop. It was fun. If i could find a cheap VR4 id probably buy it.

I bought it for 1,500 needing a ton of work, it didn’t even have breaks. I’ve put at least another 4,000 into it in 2 years I’ve had it. I think I’d be lucky to sell it for 3500 in the condition it’s in. And that’s if I can fix the fuel cut off, well what feels like fuel cut off.

It idles weird too. When cold it ideas at 2200 rpm, than drops to 1000-800 when warm. The warm idle is pretty weak too, for awhile it would die if you hit the breaks while it was idlin, I played with the idle setting and that stoped. When everything is cold it accelerates fine, but when up to temp it will stumble. Around 35-4000 rpm it will just stop accelerating. Dead stop. Some times it will keep going if you let off and then get back into it, but usually you have to shift up and keep it under that RPM range. It also surges when you try to use cruise control.
I have a warning light and codes for a bad O2 sensor and TPS.
