Not since Tekken 3 has a soundtrack succeeded so greatly in embodying the game. It’s just amazing.
I’m glad it got recognized by VGA as soundtrack of the year. It’s going to be hard to top this next time they reinvent DOOM.

Not just soundtrack, one of the best first person shooters in years. They did the impossible, successfully made a game that completely “gets” and updates DOOM.
Turning the DOOM Marine into an immortal force of nature was inspired.

Also check out this documentary on the new DOOM, the whole thing is about an hour...and worth it.
