"al-zo - Now with an Acura!" (al-zo)

Hey all, first time poster here!
The light in question, which showed up tonight too.
My daily, a 2005 Honda CR-V, has been showing an airbag warning light for a while. At first, I thought it had to do with the Takata airbags messing with me, but even after getting them replaced, the light would still appear.
Now here’s the weirdest thing: the light won’t stay on all the time. Most of the time it would stay on, but once in a while, the light would disappear. Anybody know what could be happening?

No idea for the issue itself but that year of CR-V does have two recalls associated with its airbag systems you might be interested in (just put in your year and model
here
, there’s one for both driver and passenger). Good news is that it says Honda will fix both completely free of charge.
A quick trawl of the forums
suggests that the seatbelt buckle switches are known to be failure-prone on those cars so you could check that out as well.

Possible shortage to the airbag module.
