( Kinja blows goats. Okay, now on with the post) Despite the Autobox syrup gearing and a 10+ footer paint job, it’s quite clean so far. Plenty can be done with a Ford six. I’m really giving the idea to a summer daily driver old ‘stang with that classic chromed metal on black interior with a wood-rimmed wheel. This one needs some nice love and I think it could be a really nice ride for not much extra. It just needs more love. Of course, I’ll have to finish the mini project, then get the next house my family needs, and then...then....I can get a nice summer DD stang like this....and I’ll be 50.

Now, the inline 6? Don’t put it out to pasture yet...There’s mild, to very nice...

To wild...

There’s some impressive builds out there and the torque for DD use is impressive. Turboing one......it likes it....

Mild CP in my opinion.

Drop it down to $6500-7000 and it’s a solid NP.

That is about a 7 grand car, but there is a bit of a Mustang bubble going on nation wide that should depress once the Camaro 50th kicks in. The brake reservoir seems to be in rough shape, which doesn’t speak well to what kind of shape the brakes are in.

DISREGARD ‘69. ACQUIRE BOOTY-LICIOUS ‘73

Agreed. Winter is coming and the new owner will have plenty of time to swap the brakes and possibly put 4 on the floor themselves.

I knew a guy who had a ‘70 like that one. Surprisingly quick, but Armstrong steering that Hercules himself could barely turn over. $8,700 seems a little high, but I bet he could hold out for close to $8k. Wanna make sure there’s no Bondo under that twenty-foot paint job.

Buddy of mine had a ‘73 Mach 1 back in the ‘80s. Man, we thought we were badass in that thing... even with its little 302 2v...
