I was flying the drone in too windy of conditions and it hit a tree. The camera came off. It still flies fine but after checking online I don’t think that camera can be reattached.

Suguru(?) might work, provided it didn’t break any circuit connections. Maybe?

I don’t own one of these, but that exposed bit looks like the internals of a brushless out-runner (stator) and the rotor should be on the corresponding other end.... now how electrical connections are handled through the joint i know not... if the axle(?) broken, or does it just look like it would plug back in?
edit: RC Geeks seems to have a teardown of the DJI camera gimble indicating it is exactly this, and the connections to the camera at each joint are made by short flat-ribon cables that can be replaced, as long as the cable mounts are intact at each point.

Sucks! not the end of days though. I fix these as a side hobby have lots of experience tearing down all the 3's and 4's. let me know if I can help but you may be able to repair it on the cheap but even if not the standard camera can be had cheap and pops on quick and eazy.
