At $700, a car of that vintage in good running condition with no rust holes is probably NP. It would make a good starter project for a teenager learning to wrench.
But seriously, who cares about the hypermiling accessories? Does the seller really think there’s a sufficient number of buyers out there that would be interested in that specific feature?
