Depends on the budget for repairs/parts for the Lexus. I know everyone likes to think you can buy all the parts on any Japanese car for a nickel but it doesn’t work that way the parts are still more expensive than your average Honda Accord/Camry.

I’m so here for the LS, but last year when I was looking at these, I came across a post about how the battery system is $8-10k replacement. Not so much they’ll immediately die when you buy it, but more so that the 8 year/108k mile warranty is starting to run out on the earliest set of cars and all LS600hLs are in a state of uncertaintly now.

Lexus.
The pre-spindle LS is a handsome machine, dressed in all the right luxury in all the right places. I feel like with the Honda, you’d enjoy it but have this nagging feeling that you could have gone better.
