My parents had one when I was little. Garaged in Sheboygan, WI it had 7,500 miles on it and was like 8 years old, about my age then. We had it for a couple years then it was the Barracuda years.

Fast forward to first year in college and I’m shooting pool and drinking with my parents. Somehow someway we get into the details of what you had to do to make it in a Corvair, including leg position, etc. TMI and note to self: pick up girls in one but park in something else.

My favorite version of Corvair, 2nd gen 2-door hard top. Very nice.

I see a lot of C2 Sting Ray in that design. Nice!
