You can put pretty much any leftover in a tortilla, add some good cheese (not that processed crap), Sriracha, some diced Jalapeños, and you’ll have a great meal.
This was honey bbq chicken with rice and veggies. Now it is a fanstastic spicey taco. People would have a lot less hate in their hearts if they ate wonderful spicey foods every day. When I become dictator of the US, I’m going to force every white person in the Midwest to eat a spicey pepper every day. Make America have some soul again.

Hacked hack: Just put some shredded cheese between two tortillas and microwave it. Instant quesadilla.

Oooh, that looks good.
Finding decent tortillas is another thing though.

Tried this with some leftover peach cobbler, didn’t turn out very well.

I never have any left overs.
If I’ve left overs, I didn’t enjoy it and it goes in the bin.

That’s some serious waste, bro. I cook fanstastic fucking food with high quality ingredients, no way is it going in the trash. That’s $10/lb organic chicken breast (expensive for America, not Europe).

I love Italian food and have dined in the best basements in Paris (I have kids), but if you don’t like Mexican food and BBQ there’s something wrong with your tongue.

Not in Arizona it’s not. My neighbor has a gourmet Mexican food truck and I have some of the best Mexican resturaunts in the country within walking distance of my house who make their own tortillas. They even sell locally made tortillas in the grocery store. These were medium grade local tortillas.

nice - love Sriracha. I’ve been putting it on soup recently too... When you become dictator, can I be something like First Minister of the Sriracha Operations?

Mate. Honestly I hardly ever leave food.
I enjoy cooking good food.
After making, just food, over the years I realised that a few extra minutes, a little more attention and good quality ingredients can turn ‘just food’ into amazing food.
At present I’m having three-cheese croquettes, black pudding croquettes, cheesey mash and pork belly. It’s fantastic.

I’ve actually never owned a microwave but I have a tortilla iron that I make quesadillas on. I usually put veggies and beans in them though. My neighbor has a gourmet food truck and my daughters say they make the best quesadillas, so if they want quesadilllas they can walk across the street.

That sounds goddamn delicious. An English skater moved to Arizona and opened up a Welsh style bar where they serve pastys. He now has three resturaunts and the are amazing. I go there every month and grab a bangers and mash pasty and a pint.

The black pudding croquettes are amazing. Apple and pear chutney, wrapped in pork and black pudding rolled in bread crumbs.
I’ve now got steak and ale pie, mash and mushy peas (with a hint of mint) in my head.
You can’t beat a good pasty or slice.
Mmmm. Bangers and mash. With or without onion gravy?

Nice one.
For great onion gravy try a hint of English mustard and marmite.
It really sets it off.

I love cheeseburgers and grilled cheese. I would never put processed cheese on either. I’ll usually go with sharp cheddar, and sometimes muenster for grilled cheese.
