Looking at bajas this morning and found this. While I love the idea of a small manual car-truck, this color combo is something else! Was this a factory option? I know the reverse of it is, red body, silver paneling.

Dammit, now you’ve got me looking for Bajas.

In considering a reasonable daily driver type vehicle, one would very much fit the bill for what I’d be looking for.

As much as I’d want a 5-spd Turbo, I’d really be happy with an automatic Sport as a daily driver too. Then pick up a Miata track car. haha

That’s just autotrader’s site doing weird shit with links. It tells you the ad has been pulled, but then when you do a search for that vehicle, you see it’s still listed.

So someone clearly swapped this over on the truck, because this isn’t factory.

Also, and I hate for know this, but on the Baja if you got two-tone color, the fuel door matched the skirting.

It always drove me crazy to see it.

But that is your hint, this was a silver car.

Also the panel on the tailgate should be red, not silver if it was factory.

There was a kid at my HS with that exact paint scheme on an FJ80.
