Mitsubishi L200 pickup with the two seater cab. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one before. The L200 is a slow seller and normally has the four seat cab (as does just about every other pickup that I see).

I have always wanted an extended cab L200, I think it looks great:

Nope, never seen one of those either.
(looks up website)
Our choice is the four door or regular two door (which is €7,000 cheaper because less tax but still nobody buys them).

That’s a different (and Australian) thing again. Nothing like that exists here.
Chassis/cab models exist, but they’re full size vans like the Transit.

Sadly it was only sold for a year here in my country so they are really rare but everytime I see one I want one.

I think that’s the L200 4work, it’s used quite extensively by tree surgeons where I live.

I’ve always quite liked the L200, but we don’t have it here in Canada....pity too, because I think a light pickup like this to replace the now-gone Ford Ranger would do well in our market, and it’s not amazingly styled, but I’ve always thought the L200 was handsome enough with it’s interesting curved lines.
