Why ? Because Toyota and Citroën to the rescue.

The loss of Audi however. That comes as a huge blow for the WEC. Because there’s no new manufacturer in sight.

Is VW gonna stay in GRC?

Probably. At least for the near future.

Acura should field a car in LMP1. Maybe dust off the ARX-02a and build it to WEC LMP1 specs. I’d love to see Honda vs Toyota in the WEC.

I’ve actually been daydreaming about a hydrogen-powered LMP car that Honda could build. It’s not like it could do worse than the Deltawang.

That’s not going to happen, unless Acura becomes a global brand.

Considering that VWs rallycross programs are not actually factory backed in the same way the WRC program is I would expect them to stay.
