I can’t imagine having the kind of angry energy to rampage for a solid 2-3 minutes like Mr. Cubicle-Kicker towards the end. I’d imagine that the horror of realizing everyone was staring at me would quash any rage I might’ve had past the first throwing incident.
This is coming from someone who is quite guilty of throwing tools during particularly frustrating brake jobs in my driveway.

I think after a freak out continues for more than a few seconds, a person probably starts thinking “oh no, how am I supposed to end this, it’s too late to just stop and say sorry and start cleaning stuff up” and probably starts thinking that they need to convince people they’re genuinely crazy and maybe they can crazy their way out of the building.
