The Mrs. and the munchkinette came home today, everybody else is currently sleeping while I have retreated to my office with Scotch. Hopefully they stay asleep so i can watch FP1 in an hour or so.

#Blessed, not because of LH but like her brother she will either sleep on you or in the powered glider that we have.

Their sleep does improve. Eventually.

This is true the almost 2 year old sleeps through the night and crashes pretty consistently so I made sure to put him to bed first. His room is next to my office so I have both doors open (with a gate at his door so he can’t escape).

Mine are 4.5 and 8.3. Most saturdays we get to sleep in to at least 5:45.

Ouch, he isn’t that bad as he usually goes down around 7:30 to 8:00 and gets up at about 6:30 or 7:00. But he is heavily influenced by how light out it is so summer time bedtime is a struggle.

Sleep train early! We did our youngest around 4 months. A pain in the ass, but worth it. Also, with two kids be prepared to kiss watching every F1 session goodbye. I gave up on Practices one by one, then quali, now I just watch the races two weeks late.

The boy loves to get up and watch the races and qualifying with me so that is a huge bonus. Living on the east coast means many races have a start time of 8 AM so I can get up and get him breakfast and then we can watch.

My boy consistently wakes up at 6 am no matter what. We did sleep train really well though so when the lights go out and the sound machine is on, he’s out.

Congrats on the new addition

Wow, that’s rough. We managed to train our 3.8 year old to let us sleep to 7:30 on weekends. The 1.5 year old doesn’t care when we get up, she just plays in her crib until whenever we get her, usually 8:30-9.
