Its getting to the point where one might need to check the carfax on any Mustang purchase just to look for “has attacked a crowd”, or “was once crowd hungry”!

Once they get a taste for the blood of pedestrians....they’ll never be the same again!

How badly does one have to drive to lose the car on a straight line?

It really is getting kind of ridiculous.

1/5 - C&C burnout/wheelspin
2/5 - loss of control
3/5 - hits something or damages car
4/5 - hits another vehicle
5/5 - hits pedestrian.
These both get a 3

It’s a combination of lots of horsepower, not enough traction, inexpensive vehicle, and lack of skill / overestimating ability coupled with a desire to show off. Honestly, it’s insane that it keeps happening. If I had a Mustang, I’d drive it like a grandma in public just so I don’t become a statistic or contribute to the meme.

At least the white one was already ruined before he crashed it.

the blue one was SO close to getting the 5/5. people were RIGHT up against the curb that stopped the car.

I don’t understand how that white car even lost control at the slow speed it was going. Bald tires? Oil spot?

Agreed.
I think I watched the crowd’s reaction (on the oncoming angle video) several times, and asked myself the question, “When would you run?”
I love it that there are at least 6 angles of these
Here’s another one of that white one.

“when would you run?”
too late is the answer.

Is this happening more than it used to? Or is there just increased attention, where every time it happens it goes viral? This kind of thing happens a lot these days, where some injustice in the world goes crazy on social media because of some particular trigger, it comes to the foreground for a period of time and people get into arguments on facebook, then it just fades back into the noise of every day life.
So what’s the story with these blood-thirsty Mustangs? Maybe this is partly a consequence of offering more and more insane power levels to anyone with a pulse and decent credit?

Yes. Increased social media combined with increasingly cheaper horsepower along with decreasing driving abilities.

I was actually at that one, didnt see but heard it. The road was wet. There was a very light drizzle.

Funniest part of that one is “I called it, I f-cking called it.”
And there are always 6 angles because everyone everyone has their camera phone rolling, because everyone except the mustang driver knows what is going to happen next.

Part one - everyone has a phone that can record video that can then upload that video for the world to see.
Part 2 - Too much horsepower, below mediocre handling. Very cheap, making them accessible to a younger more reckless and inexperienced driver. I’ve also never met a Mustang owner that didnt at the minimum occasionally do a burnout. I’d image the condition the rear tires are in isnt always optimal.

With the white one the road was wet. There was a very light drizzle. So the question becomes, how stupid does one have to be to floor a 400+ hp car in the wet?
