Trucks are insane right now. Especially the older Dodge Oil burners.

That is quite clean for its age, but that price still seems steep. I had a ‘99 and now a ‘14. I really like the Cummins and the look of the trucks. That body style and the current generation I like, the ones in between, less so. Even with 252k, that motor will still have plenty of life in it.

I agree. Around $7,000 seems fair to me.

I’ve always been partial to the looks of that gen Ram, even when I was a kid I liked em.

I loved the then until I loaned it to a family member, all 260,000 + miles. It was pretty rock solid.

This is the until...

From what I was told as I was not there, the truck was cut off and then the car slammed on brakes. Truck slammed on brakes, driver side front tire gave out and truck veered left toward median. Drive over compensated and folded back on its self to the right. Trailer then proceeded to push truck down the road for a few hundred feet before coming to a stop. Torqued the frame, crunched the bed and part of the cab. Luckily everyone walked away unscathed, except for the truck and trailer. I tried to see if I could find the photo of the truck getting loaded on the flatbed, you could really see the extent of the bed and can being at completely different angles.
