I’ve driven a few, C3-C7, and a few ZR1s (C6 and C4), and, well... Meh.

F-Type, Cayman, 911, Aston Martin, GT-R, even a Mustang GT (or better) are more preferable to the plastic-fantastic Barbie-(and midlife-crisis Ken)-mobile. Arguably so is a Viper.

I agree it looks good, but I wouldn’t want to daily one....

Personally, I love GM mechanicals (and on some models their styling) but I just cannot bring myself to own a car with the fisher-price interior these cars (especially the C5 vettes.....) have.

Now a C7? That's a completely different story! :D

I have sat in a C6, yes. when my step-brother took his base-model sonic in for an Oil change. Guess what? his Sonic’s interior was nicer!

It’s a great car, I just like my sports cars to be well put together, with good materials and quick.

to each their own man. I’m not saying the vette isn’t good. I’m just saying it’s not what I prefer. if it we’re my money, I’d go out and buy a used E63 AMG, C63 AMG, E92 M3, or even a new Challenger Scat pack, and enjoy it just as much as I would a corvette in the 99% of cases that I’m driving (i.e. driving to school and back, or to work and back)
