Solution: Install !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and install enough plugins to be able to get rid of most of the Windows 10 UI. Problem solved.

Rainmeter is still around? I remember messing around with that, Samurize, and Coolmon about a decade ago, and Conky on Linux within the last few years. Fun times.
