I am okay with this as well. Is this your e36? I have similar headlights, but mine are darker on the inside. OEMs were just way too much for how cheap I bought the car for.

Yup, it’s my (partially disassembled) baby. I’m hoping to be rid of the headlights soon. They wouldn’t be bad if it weren’t for the weird seal in the blinker housing.

You’d better be careful with that seal if it’s bad. Wouldn’t want all your blinker fluid leaking out ;)

yeah, its not as obvious on mine, because the insides are all black anyway. But man are those oem ones expensive. I would have kept the ones that were on it, but the plastic was all broken where the bulbs mounted.

I have a BMW salvage yard local to me that will sell me every light on the car except the fender lights and fogs for $170. Used, but all OEM Hella.

I am jealous. Being near metro Detroit, I dont see much in the junk yards outside of the big 3 and some japanese stuff. Unless someone reading knows of a place around here? I also need door cards for the front doors, and some dash parts.
