I was picked up by one of these the other day. The ride isn’t bad - it’s the new Town Car. For what it is, and what it’s designed to do, it’s fine. I mean hell - build the convertible as well, but the car is fine for the purpose.

The interiors of MKTs are great (only after Lincoln figured out touch sensitive panels are terrible for HVAC). I’d buy one because I imagine its super comfy to eat highway miles and lots of room for kid+dogs. Plus it meets all my wants for my next car - xenon, nav, great stereo, heated seats/steering wheel but A/C seats and self parking are icing on the cake

Ugly as shit, yes, but i don’t see that from the (air conditioned) seat I’m sitting in.

They do have outstanding interiors and space. I will not argue with that. I am sure I would enjoy the driving experience just not the looks.

Fair enough - but when you get a ride home that’s paid for, you’re less picky. Best black car? Toyota Highlander, OG Town Car, and once they sent a Lexus 600hL. That was probably the best.
