A few students at my school decide to
punch it
right
wherever they go within a 500 ft radius of the school. This is obviously and incredibly stupid, but here’s an example that happened no more than 20 minutes ago:
—————
*Girl in a Jeep Wrangler makes a left turn.*
Either she gave it too much gas, turned too sharply, or both.
Fishtail #1 pointed left: Nothing too substantial, she stayed in her lane.
Fishtail #2 pointed right: Her front wheels ran off the road slightly.
Fishtail #3: She does a full 270° from Fishtail #2, slides into the next lane, and SMACKs the curb.
This could’ve been a lot worse.
First, she was sooooooo lucky that no one was in the other lane!!
Second, the Wrangler is a really tall vehicle. She could’ve flipped over, maybe creating substantial injuries.
—————
Then there I go rumbling past her since I saw that she was okay physically. If she was in a lower vehicle, e.g. one in which more than just the wheels would be damaged, maybe not so well. And it’s good that the Wrangler is the least expensive vehicle in America to insure...
—————
Remember everyone, especially teenage oppos: DRIVE
FRIGGIN
SAFELY! You ain’t impressing no one if you mash it on public roads! Quite the opposite.

Stuff like this makes me want a dash cam. What’s the price on a decent one?

EDIT: I don’t own a dash cam but I’ve read that the G1W is one of the best for the money. http://www.amazon.com/Black-Box-Orig…

Tall, short wheelbase, RWD, and not that great on pavement at the best of times? What could go wrong?

Second, the Wrangler is a really tall vehicle. She could’ve flipped over and died.
If she was going slow enough to break the tires loose in a Wrangler, unless there was some Final Destination -like accident where her head got crushed, she would have been fine.

You need to add “teenager” to that list.

Last weekend 4 people at my school got into a car accident. One of them died, one of them is now disabled, and the other two made it out okay.

“Either she gave it too much gas, turned too sharply, or both.”
No Wrangler in the history of ever has been able to deliver “too much gas”, because they are all gutless dogs.

In a few months, one opponent that I know very well (to the point the size of his ego and his genitals) may have a 40% discount for Garmin...

I don’t think my 4Runner could even spin tires at all.
