Is the belt tight enough?

Its a Ford, so my guess is your PS pump is dying

2 things to check for. 1, the thermostat housing likes to leak on those. Check that, it may leak coolant on the belt. 2, the grooved part of the balancer likes to seperate from the pulley. That will knock the belt out of alignment and cause some noises.
Heres a really bad one.

It’s possible it’s the pump itself, but unlikely. If there’s a leak in a return line, it’s possible for air to get in even when the fluid level is good. Any drops on the driveway?

likely - though dying ps pump is more a “whrrrr” than a squeel. Maybe main belt and ps pump?

I honestly recognize fords by hearing the ps pump before I see them...obviously not all, but many of them seem to make the same whining sound. My dads 05 Taurus has been whining basically since new. This is all anecdotal though, yours could indeed be failing
