That part with the nameless bureaucrat was so motherfucking stupid. It’s too late to argue the merits of a project that clearly has already been funded. “I have to report this to the president if he’ll believe me. Is this credible?” is the kind of question you ask while the funding bill is in committee, not well after everything’s already been put in place!

Also, everyone’s acting here sucked. EVERYONE. Even the special effects had sucky acting.
