Wassup everybody. So a few weeks ago I went to my first Cars & Coffee ever here in Charlotte, NC, and apparently so did a lot of you. Since the next one is still two weeks away, I’ll be checking out what Greensboro has to offer.

Tomorrow, 8 AM at 1560 Highwoods Boulevard in Greensboro, NC. I’ve never been, so I’m hoping their Facebook is right!

I’ll be in a black shirt with an orange Jalopnik logo, in my !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ‘15 Ford Focus. Come make me feel welcome / don’t kill me.

We’ll be doing another quasi-Show Us post over the weekend for everybody’s event pictures, whether it’s Cars & Coffee or whatever else, so take pictures wherever you go!

Maybe I’ll go to that one once I get a classic with a top speed of over 70 and no coolant/other leaks. Getting up at 5:00 to grumble mumble the leaky Rover over the mountain and across the state for two and a half hours is something I will pass on - but it’s almost within reach. Almost.

I always forget Greensboro exists. I’d thought about going to Charlotte next time, since they cancelled ours in Raleigh for a few months, and I’ve never been to Charlotte, and from everything I’ve seen it looks like an event worth making the trip for. Curious to see some of the smaller C&Cs here in NC.

Well, three hours (assuming Greenville), but that’s way to early in the morning for me, especially since I drove to DC last weekend and Va Beach in the middle of the week. Think I’ll just go out on the boat tomorrow.

Greensboro is the 3rd largest C+C in NC. Charlotte, Raleigh (temp RIP), G-boro, Wilmy. Lots of quality in G-boro. I’ve only been once since the Raleigh sinkhole but the variety was great. Wish I could make it tomorrow.
