Coming from German, I see that and think “Hell yeah it’s a regular Phillips!”

I've lost countless sales due to that thing. Damn shame.

PSHAW, my 1998 Camry has a escutcheon covering the screw. I’m not buying your cut rate plebeian MAZDA!

What ended up happening with the visors in your Camry?

I remember last year you debating which novelty print duct tape to wrap them in, but never the result.

You didn’t go all practical and just get stock replacements did you?

True. The CR-V does not have an exposed fastener. Plus the slider is a lot sexier.

It’s a one footer. Up close they look like someone duct taped them.

Am I the only one who doesn’t mind an exposed screwhead?

Ooo I have a 2006 CRV, I don’t need that, I guess they have a longer configuration

Not at all. Covering fasteners adds weight. Or provides something else to break. Or something.

We had an ‘05, and I don’t remember much about the sunvisors.

From a normal driving position I can’t see it, otherwise I would have noticed by now. I was slouched down & reclined back...
