You really don’t know when one day might be your last. Today, we found out that a well known student at our high school passed away during an operation. He wasn’t even 16. I don’t even know what to really say or think. I wasn’t super close to him, but I knew him. We talked a lot. We sat next to each other on the bus. It’s just a strange feeling to wrap my head around.

I just can’t imagine the feeling of losing your child before you yourself pass. It just has to be this unimaginable pain. Him and his father were always so close too. It just can’t be easy on them.

I just feel so awful. The poor guy was never fully healthy. He had some sort of auto-immune deficiency along with a few other issues that made him seem rather sickly. He also never grew beyond 5 feet tall. The bullying that I witnessed him going through was enough to make me sick. I know he had such a difficult life. I’d like to say that he’s in a better place now. It’s just so hard to think about.

Just remember, Oppo, it is true what they say. Life seriously is precious and can come and go like that. You never know when it might be your last breath.

I was good friends with this kid back in early school years. We kinda grew apart thru highschool. In college I found out he had a heart attack playing video games with his friend. His freind, an EMT tried to revive him and failed. It was horrible seeing this kid, my own age, in a casket. I hope this doesn;t come off as cold, but for you life goes on. You’ll move on, you probably wont forget, but you still have a life to live. do it well.

Too young.. I can’t even imagine what his parents are going thru. If anything happened to my son that would be the death of me too probably.
