It's been done. But what about a one car race series? One car, one driver, one team. The results would still be less predictable than modern F1.

My Lambo love used to be limited to the Countach, Miura, and other classic models, but I’m coming to like these things. They’re a much better race car than the Gallardo ever was, and for the most part they’re not too hard to work on.

Really? That’s good to hear. I got to drive a LP560-4 on track a few months ago and it was amazing. I actually out ran and got to pass a Nissan GT-R and almost caught 2 458’s. I wish I could get one sometime soon, the 2004 Gallardos are falling into the mid 80’s and hopefully soon low 60’s maybe 50’s......but I doubt the 50’s....
