These are a mess and probably contributing to uneven pad wear.

My slide pins were all good but I imagine the calipers are quite toast and well beyond worth rebuilding.

Bonus photo of stainless brake lines I installed last week. These and a bleed with new pads are amazing. Calipers are nasty and rusty.

If you’re up for it, a rebuild kit and some quality time with some sandpaper should help you out quite a bit.

Or if it’s like my car, rebuilt calipers are like $35 after core, so I just did that.

I think re-mans are about $60 per which isn't terrible.

Not bad at all, plus while they’re fresh you can paint them any color you want, as long as it’s available in brake paint (i.e. black or red)

Just cover up piston holes and bolt holes and spray away?

Clean the shipping oil from it first with something such as brake cleaner (which it sometimes feels weird to actually use for its intended purpose!) and paint away, yes.
