I have an S6, too - I should get around to practicing taking pics with manual settings, but for now I can say that I’m really impressed with the photos that I’ve taken in full-Auto (flash off). The photos are nicer (and larger) than what I’d get out of my Note II.

I wish I’d waited for the S6 Active, though - the ruggedness and bigger battery would be nice to have, even if I’ve grown fond of the S6’s fingerprint scanner.

Well, those monitors came out when 1080p was barely even a thing and when 16:10 was the dominant wide-screen form-factor for PCs. Then all of the OEMs consolidated to 16:9 to cut costs.

So, at the time, there were no 3840x2160 monitors and if you wanted 2560x1600, that was hella expensive on its own.

Sony Z3 sensors are crazy strong as well. 20.7 MP
